""I couldn't be happier that we went with Burlington Golf and Country club for our wedding. The estate is stunning and in the perfect location right off the water. Also being able to do the ceremony and reception in one place was such a relief for us and the guests. With the addition of the view, it made the whole day mesmerizing. We had a wedding of around 130 guests and it fit us perfectly! The bridal suite was also a huge life saver. A special thank you to Jacquie for organizing the event and Kelleigh, Mark and Sam. "We would like to extend a BIG warm thank you to everyone involved in our special day on Sept 16, 2017. We are extremely happy with the turnout and it was really a dream come true. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt taken care of. My husband and I could not speak highly enough about how much attention to detail the staff provided. The service was exceptional and not to mention the food. Our guests could not stop raving about the food, especially our entree chicken and beef tenderloin duo (my boss was not a big fan of beef and she told me she finished her whole plate). I even recalled one family member describing the beef tenderloin as “the best piece of meat I’ve ever eaten”. EVERY employee made our night magical and did so with a smile on their face and also the bar staff were lively and did an excellent job managing our very thirsty guests.
Ms. Jacquie, Michael and I could not thank you enough for all your help. We were incredibly impressed that you kept your word on your promises. You were so easy to work with throughout the whole planning process and you really went over and above the call of duty to help us with everything. I still remember that one Saturday last year, Michael and I drove by the club because of the breathtaking view (which I totally wanted for our wedding reception); we walked in without any hope since we were not a member, however you gracefully greeted us, showed us around and told us that non-member can also have their wedding there. I believe it was all meant to be, to know such a wonderful person like you and also having our dream reception at the club.
It was a beautiful night and everything was PERFECT!!! We feel incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated and talented group of staff. The Burlington Golf and Country Club will always have a place in our hearts for delivering us the perfect wedding. We would recommend the club to any friends without hesitation.

"My name is Brittany and my husband and I were married at the Burlington Golf and Country Club on Friday July 21st, 2017. I wanted to send you both an email to say thank you! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I know the staff and the golf course had a big role in our day being the way it was. A few things my husband Justin and I would like to say thank you for!
From day 1 of the planning process, we began working with Kaitlyn Buis. Between accommodating our schedule to meet and show us around the venue to answering my MANY questions, she was amazing to work with. When Kaitlyn left and we began working with Jacquie, we had the same experience. Jacquie was helpful, accommodating, understanding and patient through my MANY emails leading up to the big day. She answered all of my questions and ensured any requests were met. Her responses were prompt and I could really tell that Jacquie went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect. It was also very nice to meet Jacquie prior to the big day and she was very helpful and set time aside in her day to meet me to go over how our day was going to go. Jacquie also accommodating a few changes we had to make (e.g., last minute guest cancellations, meal changes) even up to the very last minute. Although we really did enjoy working with Kaitlyn, Jacquie really impressed us by the way she jumped right in and knew what was happening with our day. It was like she was there from the start. I have heard so many stories through friends that the catering coordinators they have worked with for their weddings were not a big help, we cannot say enough about how professional and hard working Jacquie is. We could really tell she went out of her way to ensure the couple getting married were well taken care of and had a good time. It really showed when Jacquie was there to greet us when we arrived for our rehearsal and ensured the day of everything was set up and ready to go. Thank you Jacquie! You truly did make our day stress free!
I also wanted to thank the staff who worked the day of our wedding! We were beyond impressed! Throughout the entire night, the service of the staff was incredible, professional and very helpful! When we arrived the day of the wedding, right away we were greeted by some of the staff members who asked us if they could get us anything or do anything before the ceremony. We did our pictures prior to the ceremony and while we were taking our pictures, staff members filled the conference room with water and asked if there was anything else we needed. After the ceremony, we heard many of our guests tell us how impressed they were during cocktail hour. Guests told us the amount of food that came by was amazing and they staff members were so polite and made sure the room stayed clean if there was any garbage from the tables. I am not sure of the name of the bartender the night of our wedding, but our guests and myself could not say enough about him! He was efficient, helpful, friendly, and polite with guests. We also want to say thank you to the staff members who helped serve dinner the night of our wedding. We have been to many weddings over the years, however the service we experienced that night was beyond impressive. They worked very hard to ensure dinner came our in a timely manner and as I looked out into the room with all of our guests, there was never a time I saw a table waiting for food while others already had their food. They were quick at clearing tables, but never rushed guests to finish. The fact that dinner came out in a good pace was fabulous. We would also like to say a thank you to the staff who worked in the kitchen. The food was INCREDIBLE! Many of our guests made sure to come tell us and family members how impressed they were with how good the food was. From the salad, entree to desert, WOW! I was incredibly impressed with how accommodating everyone was to ensure guests with allergies were taken care of. Everyone was able to eat something they could and they did not leave hungry.
A final thank you is to go to Michael (the coordinator who worked the night of the wedding ..I think his name was Michael). Again, WOW! The level of professionalism and hard work was well noticed that night. He ensured the night stayed on track, he ensured the food came out fast and hot, and he ensured my husband and I were well taken care of all night. You can really tell Michael enjoys what he does. We were very impressed with how Michael ensured everyone had what they needed and accommodated guests throughout the night. Many of our guests commented on how they were impressed with Michael coming to the tables during dinner and asking guests if they needed anything during the night. He made sure he made contact with our MC to ensure the night ran smoothly. During the night I asked Michael for a few things and he made sure we got what we needed. Thank you Michael, for making our night run smoothly and stress free!
We cannot thank everyone at the Burlington Golf and Country Club for all of their help during this process. Everyone we crossed paths with were so helpful in making our day so special and stress free. I cannot tell you how many of our guests commented on the food the night of the wedding, the incredible service and the beautiful venue. I will most definitely be recommending the golf course to our friends and family.

"On our special day, we could not have been happier with the scenic view, beautiful ambiance and exceptional service. It was an absolute pleasure working alongside Jacquie when we planned our wedding. She was very flexible with her schedule and guided us in the process of making all of the arrangement. With the help of perfect weather, we were able to have our outdoor ceremony overlooking the golf course with the lake in the background. We requested a vegetarian reception, and although the chef seemed reluctant initially, the food turned out beautifully and we received numerous compliments from our guests during and after the wedding!! "From the very beginning of our wedding planning process, we had nothing but positive experiences with the Burlington Golf and Country Club. As we are from out of town, we thought that the planning process may be a bit difficult. Jacquie was extremely helpful - answered all emails promptly and was able to accommodate all of our requests, even a last minute request the day before our wedding. Kim was on hand for the ceremony and made sure that everything ran smoothly, all with a smile on her face - she even went above and beyond and helped me get a stain out of my wedding gown! They were accommodating, and we did not have a single issue from start to finish. There was constant contact throughout the planning process. "July 27,2013 was our perfect day. Together with our families and friends we celebrated our marriage at The Burlington Golf & Country Club. Everything went perfectly thanks to all of the planning and detail put into our day on their end (especially Jacquie's)! The food was so amazing and accommodating, as I have a gluten allergy, so our entire meal was made gluten free. The Leek & Potato soup was the best I have ever had, followed by a fresh salad and beef and chicken with potatoes and vegetables. Our dessert was a kiwi meringue and exceeded ours and our guests expectations. Thank you for providing a wonderful venue, meal and service! "

"Dear Jacquie, Thank you for all your efforts on our behalf, for Beth and Jeff's wedding. We found you easy to reach, pleasant to talk to, attentive to all details and accomodating - even after numerous calls the week before the event.
We appreciated the extra efforts to include our pie and ice cream desserts and other various attention to details. Our experiences from the tasting dinner up to and including the wedding dinner, with Dimitri and the food staff, were all positive. During the preparation, on the day of, I found Jacquie went above and beyond. She caught a slip up I had made with regard to place cards and generously offered to complete a missing table's worth of names on extra cards that I had brought with me to the golf course. She even added the little stick on flowers so that they would match up with the others and no one would catch on that I had slipped up. Any and all questions I had, were answered and any concerns we had were addressed. The food was lovely, the venue absolutely beautiful and the staff were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend the venue to others.
